Karma Nesci will guide you through a brief meditation to become aware of your breath and body, and his music will lead you on a fantastic journey where you can experience both singing bowls sounds and songs. You are welcome to sing along or to simply lay down and enjoy a shared afternoon in a safe space. Karma's music spans from delicate singer-songwriter style to jazzy downtempo.

By the way, Mo's sweet cats, Sven and Søren, will also join us – in case anyone is allergic.
