To all those using the name of God to justify g e n o c i d e misery and hatred:
"Love thy neighbor" is a phrase from the Bible (Leviticus 19:18) that is a fundamental commandment in Judaism and Christianity, emphasizing the importance of treating others with respect, compassion, and care as if they were yourself. This principle extends beyond mere religious observance to encompass actions like being truthful, honest, supporting the underprivileged, and recognizing the shared humanity of all people, regardless of their background.
we must direct our attention towards the world we want to manifest
withdrawing it from the delusional forces of separation and hatred
Not even the most destructive nuclear weapon has any real power on your soul.
My music is no longer on Spotify.
I know it's just a tiny drop in the ocean, but I prefer to walk the talk and no longer help support people who use my resources in any way that is not in alignment with my values. I wish people who care about how money are invested, and who have a much larger audience would do the same.
Vipassana Lesson Number 1
It must have been Day 3 of my 10 day Vipassana retreat in Sweden in the Spring of 2019, when I heard the voice of my consciousness speaking to me louder and clearer than ever before:
"Stop judging other people to distract yourself from your own misery".
It sounded true, like my own voice but just in my head, and it made absolute sense.
At that point I had been sitting for 3 days in a row for about 10 hours a day, in slots of one hour, in silent meditation when I caught my mind constantly commenting on this or that person's looks, mood, expression and even possible thoughts...
That was my first glimpse of awakening to the reality of my own ego as well as of my consciousness.
Now I recall that experience as my Vipassana Lesson Number 1.
August 17th 2023 – I am starting my Blog
Today I decided to start this open communication with you all.
As many of you already know, I have been practicing music and meditation for over a decade now, so I want to invite you to share some thoughts and to ask any questions you might have about music, meditation or simply about our journey here, as human beings on this planet.
Love and blessings,
